Job Description

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitor research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Collaborate with the product and travel team to execute tactical campaigns, ensuring messages remain on-brand.
• Strategies, plan and execute social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and other social media channels. Own the content calendar and create engaging short-form content.
• Strategies, research and write SEO-optimised, timely long-form content for our blog. Types of content include evergreen, informative or viral content.
• Execute a newsletter strategy.
• Setup and evaluate new tools and processes to always ensure an efficient team.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years working in digital marketing or related roles. Preferably in media, ecommerce or agency domain.
• Demonstrable track record of success (e.g. high number of pageviews or shares for content).
• Genuine desire to connect with our audience.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills in English and Malay (Must).
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
• Solid understanding of SEO preferred.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
