Job Description

• Design solution, wait for solution to be ready, test and deliver it to clients by arranging deployment, implementation and installation on customer servers/environment. 
• Work closely with client via email and phone by providing consultation related to infrastructure, network and IT Security 
• Proactively act as onsite technical support and provide field engineering services for clients which include analysis, assignment and escalation. 
• Restore service to clients by managing incident leveraging ITIL Standards and industry best practices. 

Job Requirements

• SPM/Diploma/Degree holder.
• Must be willing to travel within South East Asia Region. 
• 3-5 years of working experience as Service Delivery Engineer in the Information Security field.
• Experience in testing, implementation, change management, and upgrade/migration of infrastructure, network security an information system. 
• Must be able to read and understand customer and adapt behaviour/approach.
• Superior customer communication skills. 
• Able to write, speak and communicate well in English and Bahasa. 
• Strong attention to detail and able to present, write and create report in professional manner. 
• Industry recognized certifications for products. 
• Ability to establish technical credibility with a wide range of customer contacts. 
• Stay current on IT security trends and news.
• Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
