Job Description

• To perform onsite installation, configuration and maintenance task.
• Provide technical onsite support if require.
• Identify errors and any other technical problems and come up with solutions to resolve issue.
• Report to senior management
• Provide long term service improvement plans for clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Possess at least 3 years of professional working experience in IT solutions provider field.
• Able to handle work under pressure and on odd hours especially when there is any issue.
• Able to handle Operations Management such as change management, problem management, incident management and etc.

• Commodity server hardware such as rackmounts, Blade and enclosures.
• Operating systems such as Windows, Red Hat, CentOS, SLES, AIX, HPUX, Solaris.
• Virtualization Technology (VMare/Hyper-V).
• Storage Arrays (HP 3PAR, HP MSA, IBM Storwize, IBM DS, NetApp).
• San Switches (Brocade, MDS).
• Backup technologies (Commvault, TSM & HP Data Protector).
• Hyper Converged Infrastructure architectures.
• Commercial Cloud Platform operations such as AWS or Azure.
• VMWare Web Services or Azure with VMWare VCP, Storage, Backup and Middleware certifications or training will be a plus point.
