Job Description
- Deliver technical support and onsite field services.
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance task.
- Identify errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer support.
- Report and interface with senior management.
- Communicate and coordinate proficiently with customer requirements.
- Provide long-term process/service improvement measures and plans
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
- Commodity Server Hardware (eg Rackmounts, Blade and Enclosures).
- Operating Systems (Windows/Linux).
- Virtualization Technology (VMware / Hyper-V).
- Storage Arrays (HP 3PAR, HP MSA, IBM Storwize, IBM DS, NetApp) San Switches (Brocade).
- Backup Technologies (Veeam/ShadowProtect - StorageCraft).
- Exposure on Hyper Converged Infrastructure platform.
- VMWare VCP Certification or Training will be a plus.
- Storage, Backup and Middleware training or certification will be a plus
