Job Description

• Main lead that manages relationships with internal stakeholders of a project or solution with regards to UX/UI requirements and design-based thinking for the company. 
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the R&D & Marketing team. 
• Advocates for the end user by influencing decisions to ensure that products, solutions and design decisions are aligned with well-defined user needs and expectations.
• Have cross-platform design experiences (iOS, Android, Web platforms). 
• Know the ins-and-outs of at least one of the UX wireframing/prototyping tools, e.g, XD, Sketch, Axure, InvisionApp, Marvel, Framer, Illustrator, etc
• Proven experience in front-end UX/UI digital channel implementations like application development, web solutions and business support systems.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess total 3+ years of relevant experience in User Experience/ User Interface Design. 
• BA/BS degree in Creative/Animation/Design/Art or a related field or equivalent practical 3 to 4year experience better experience.
• Preferable local Chinese, language proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Knowledge of web and mobile app design with focus on responsive, adaptive and fluid design across multiple devices and screens. 
• Experience in conducting mobile user research 
•  Experience with AGILE development methodologies is a plus
• Ability to organize, prioritize and plan work to meet deadlines and adapt to changing expectations
• Able to develop Flow chart, wireframe/prototype, mockups from start to finish.
• Other software knowledge in Microsoft office, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and After effect (for transition and interaction effect design).
• A passion in understanding the tech design landscape. 
• A passion in prototyping / ability to demonstrate prototyping skills.
