Job Description

• Generating promising leads by sourcing and cold-calling potential leads for outside sales team to pursue.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied!
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Continuously meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and locked down sales meetings. 

Job Requirements

• You possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business, or equivalent. 
• You have at least 2 years sales related experience in telesales and telemarketing. 
• You express great professionalism and ethicality while closing deals
