Job Description

• Review monthly actual book prepared by the company's Malaysia Financial Accounting and ensure proper tracking and booking of SSC financials, which includes costing, markup and charge-out.
• Prepare financial results with key analysis and standard reports to SSC leads, report business highlights and financials to countries and Group Office, perform tracking of business performance and update cost benefit results and future implications.
• Design and maintain cost benefit tracking model, constantly review logicalness of SSC costing assumptions, evaluate charge-out mechanism, update as appropriate to ensure latest business needs and SSC scope are being captured.
• Liaise closely with SSC functional stakeholders and prepare annual budget and forecast.
• Partner with Group FP&A, SSC and countries support on financial matters by obtaining good understanding of businesses, support the design and generation of operational KPIs as a business partner.
• Support SSC Head on ad hoc assignments and rollout of initiatives (e.g. RBA, system implementation, execution of transfer pricing).

Job Requirements

• 5-7 Years of relevant experience.
• Working experience from Share Service Center will be an advantage but not mandatory.
• Working with business leaders in conducting financial analysis and prepare management accounting deliverables (not just bookkeeping).
• Good business partnering skills. Work with senior leaderships.

• Financial Accounting, Planning and Analysis.
• Experience with Accounting Software.
• Computer literate especially MS Excel, PPT.

• Multi-tasking and time management to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivation and pro-activeness
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attentive to details and high sense of accuracy.

• College or Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or any related disciplines).
• Qualified CPA or relevant FP&A experience.
• Language: English. (Cantonese, Putonghua and Japanese is desirable).
