• Lead or assist business teams on portfolio management topics
• Operationalize internal data analytics-related projects and/or project-based engagements with external clients.
• Lead or assist in all aspects ranging from project conception to project execution. 
• Apply statistical learning and data mining techniques to extract insights that improves decision-making.
• Performing data extraction, enhancement and manipulation on large databases. 
• Assessing the accuracy and maintain the quality of our data assets.
• Developing visualizations dashboards to track key business metrics. 
•  Building complex statistical pricing models and optimizing commercial tariffs from the model. 
• Building predictive models for sales, operations and financial forecasting
• Optimizing business operations through analytical methods. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Specialized in IT or related discipline 
• at least 3 years of professional actuarial experience, preferably in the Life & Health industry. 
• hands-on coder in R, Python, and /or SQL query writing.
• enjoy building models that supports commercial decisions and have solid statistical skills.
• excited about developing meaningful dashboards that increases accessibility of data to end-users in the business units. 
• great at translating numbers into business insights and solving problems using sound judgement and data analysis. 
• Strong analytical and knowledge on ETL, data modelling and BI reporting tool is essential.
• Good team player, committed, able to work independently and under pressure to meet project timeline. 
• Good communication skills in English both written and oral
