Job Description

• Define, build & conduct in-depth analyses of available data to identify the business trends and areas of opportunity. 
• Respond to data and product related inquiries in real-time to support business and technical teams. 
• Perform various data analytics in SQL and MS Excel using statistical models and develop actionable insights. 
• Strategic problem solving and root cause analysis through analytical methods.
• Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insight and data visualization. 
• Develop and uphold best practices with respect to documentation and data protocols.
• Provide support to Tech teams in managing security mechanisms and data access governance. 

Job Requirements

• Graduate in business administration, IT, Mathematics, or other graduates with a strong focus on quantitative topics and 3-5 years of experience in data analysis. 
• Excellent English communication skills. 
• Strong analytical mindset, deep passion for big data and data analytics. 
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using Excel and Python is a must!
