About The Job

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

  • Support head of sales in follow up with customer and prepare of sales quotation.
  • Liaise with various trainers and vendors for quotations and orders fulfilment 
  • To do proper filing for all sales documentation and every order raised.
  • Provide Sales & Administrative Support to head of sales
  • Handle general administrative duties related to sales activity 
  • Monitor and follow up on all orders related issues from time to time 
  • Resolve all order issues in a timely manner 
  • To prepare sales report and after class report.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Has experiences in Sales/Admin/Coordination/Sales Support or Customer Service
  • Detail-oriented, good communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa and Chinese language
  • Possess own transport
  • Willing to travel
