Job Description

• Act as assistance sales manager, handling customer enquiries and prepare of sales quotation.  
• Process customer enquiries, i.e. generate quotation using CRM 
• To perform market survey, to do cold call to educate customer and create potential pipelines 
• Liaise with various supplier, vendors and principals for quotations and orders fulfilment 
• To do proper filing for all sales documentation and every order raised. 
• Follow up with the principals on document signed off by customer upon job completion 
• Provide Sales & Administrative Support to Sales Team 
• Handle general administrative duties related to sales activity 
• Monitor and follow up on all orders related issues from time to time 
• Resolve all order issues in a timely manner 
• Work closely with Operations team in any other matters related to the sales activity 
• To prepare sales report and after class report.        

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Great attention to detail
