Job Description

  • Manage, mentor, and lead sales team members to empower and improve the performance of the team
  • Build and optimize the team to ensure productivity and adherence to company’s financial goals
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans 
  • Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings 
  • Establish sales territories and manage sales distribution 
  • Recruit, interview, train, and on-board new sales representatives 
  • Research client needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales 
  • Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas 
  • Interact with sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results 
  • Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business 
  • Follow-up on potential sales leads 
  • Analyse sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue 
  • Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field 
  • At least three to five years of previous experience in sales and management 
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results 
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities – able to empower
  • Excellent ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management 
  • Excellent analytical skill - Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions 
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects; experienced at compiling and following strict budgets 
  • MUST: Multilingual – English + at least one mother tongue language
