Job Description

  • To assist the sales team in all administrative related tasks, such as preparing quotation, issuing sales order and packing lists.
  • Provide support to the sales team by acting as the coordinator between our company and our clients, and to assist in arranging for timely delivery with the warehouse department.
  • Perform general filing duties and maintain an organized record for documentation.
  • To perform other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM Qualification, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  2. Meticulous with an eye for detail, able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet set deadlines.
