Job Description
- Work closely with Business Analyst to automate processes using RPA Technologies.
- Assist Centre of Excellence Lead to scope and estimate overall process improvement with countries.
- Provide assistance in Cost Benefit Analyses using automation by estimation development effort and Bot Runner capacity demands.
- Perform unit and integration testing of robots and assist users in robot testing.
- Assist the Shared Service Center for year on year process improvements.
- Monitor and track KPIs of robotic performance and set the robotic standards for the group.
- Ensure Automation Centre of Excellence remains neutral on profit and loss.
- Engage with automation vendor to resolve any technical issues during deployment.
Job Requirements
- 3 years plus of professional working experience in Robotic Process Automation.
- 3 Years plus of using C#, .Net development, VBScript/VBA using third party vendor software to configure the automation process.
- Experience in source code management and testing.
- Work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology.
- Other add on advantage: knowledge in Java, C/C++, Python, Cloud (Azure), Prince2 Foundation/PMP.
