Job Description

• Check every day emails and if there are any outstanding purchase order to be process.
• Check and input daily sales in the system and ensure that sales are balance with the actual collection. 
• Raise Purchase order to supplier.
• Ensure that weekly sales cash hand over to Finance department together with weekly Sales Report.
• Monitor petty cash by fill up petty cash voucher on each expense together with receive and also fill up petty cash requisition form.
• Display weekly work schedule for staff.
• Ensure that deli shop is clean and tidy (Kitchen, freezer, cold room).
• Ensure that all the shop shelves, chillier and freezer are fully refill with products together with price tag on each items.
• Ensure that staff prepare all items for daily delivery upon confirmation from own group of company.
• Ensure that sure cold cuts and cheeses showcase is always refill and nicely dispose from staffs.
• Be confident with customers and ensure they are served in a proper way especially during lunch time with our combo lunch, sandwiches, etc.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years in F&B industry.
• Handling non halal product.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or hospitality (non – compulsory).
• Must have a valid driving license B2 or D.
• Fluent English – written and spoken, Fluent Malaysian – written and spoken.
• Client Relationships.
