Job Description
You must have a natural aptitude for blending creativity and analytics to devise
innovative solutions to complex logistical problems, the capacity to lead and

• Help define, pilot, and rapidly iterate customer-facing onboarding, activation,
retention, and referral marketing campaigns: from strategy, to creative
concepting, to email coding, deliverability, and KPI reporting.
• In charge of all regional branding and marketing efforts - strategy to
execution. (Online and offline)
• Develop new acquisition, engagement and retention programs (with our huge
network of offline store partners and online stores) across all our markets
• Collaborate with local teams to support market launches and retail merchant
promotions
• Analyze large data sets to develop strategic campaigns to increase customer
acquisition and retention rate
• Build processes to quickly identify shifts in performance and communication
plans to operators in each of our markets
