Job Description

• Work on building a Python based Web App to further enhance the features of our Kakitangan platform.
• Work with the current existing Kakitangan platform as well as explore other potential technologies when needed
• Influence our technology platform for the better and have views on how it can help businesses simplify their HR processes.
• Be able to work with cross-functional teams to define, design and develop new features
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards).
• Integrate user-facing elements designed by UI/UX Designer to the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Nurture and enforce best and appropriate technical practices
• Develop, maintain and enhance technical documentation
• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design and overall architecture

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 to 2 years of professional working experience as a full stack developer.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Python, git and Linux.
• Bonus to have: Reactjs and experience in developing similar kind of platform in previous working experience.
• Drive to continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Working knowledge of the general web landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies.
• A strong desire for something new and fresh.
