Job Description

• Responsible in negotiating, compiling & processing of material purchase for the best quality & cost 
• Undertake to improve and monitor vendors' performance in terms of pricing, delivery and quality. 
• Identify, qualify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure suitability and cost effectiveness of purchase. 
• Update & maintain product data in the system 
• Knowledge of importation process would be an advantage

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 
• At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing/buyer position 
• Meticulous, resourceful and possess effective problem solving skills 
• Strong mindset to work in stressful and unstructured conditions 
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadline 
• Well verse in Microsoft Office software 
• Possess a good communication skills 
• Able to converse in any Chinese dialect would be advantageous (as the team and suppliers mostly communicates in Chinese)
