Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning, solutioning and program implementation.
Liaise with target country teams to build the project charter.
Jointly develop overall country project plan and implement.
Manage stakeholders and establish and run program governance.
Drive analysis and make strategic recommendations to improve the program health.
Directly manage team and collaborate with responsible teams, contractors, partners for day-to-day operations of the program

Job Requirements

5 years of Project Management experience preferably in Shared Service Center or have experience in managing transformation in a project.
Possess the change management, TOM Design and Charter & Cost Benefit Analysis creation in managing a project.
Possess excellent communication skills to be able to convince and influence other stakeholders.
Preferably someone with Project Management experience.
