Job Description

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure the project is implemented successfully and within key objectives, scope, timeline and budget. Initiate action if these deviate from the key KP
• Produce all system and project documentations including functional specification, project plan & risk, project deviation, project status report and project commissioning
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
• Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverable.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Business IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience preferably related to the software development industries, with deep understanding of technology and how it relates to business projects and familiar with project management systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project, business, and process documentations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong decision making capabilities and excellent organisation skill.
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
