Job Description

• Handling enterprise projects for clients' organization (approximately '000 headcounts). 
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing project strategies and determining project changes.
• Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
• Ensuring projects adhere to the timelines and frameworks.
• Maintaining appropriate and comprehensive documentation for each project.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for all project team members.
• Acting as support role for the clients and mobilize resources internally to address them. 
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study (Information Technology or Computer Science)
• At least two to three years of proven working experience in project management
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Able to work offsite if needed
• Experience/knowledge in Human Resources field is a plus
• Experience in pre-sales is a plus
