Job Description

• To initiate, plan and conduct TOPCON Eyecare diagnostic equipment’s demonstration, talk & application training accurately and completely to internal and external customers 
• To prepare, plan, propose the marketing plans to departmental head and execute the plan upon approval effectively and smoothly (eg, trade event & roadshows, market survey, market analysis, marketing tools, KOL pool development, sales and promotion activities) 
• Keep abreast of relevant trend in Ophtalmology, and market attitudes; needs; potential; coverage; distribution and competition in order to meet the short and long term business goals and  reporting the information to the departmental head from time to time.   
• Ensure current technical and application knowledge of the product range is maintained and continuous expand in order to proficiently support internal and external customer needs
• To involve in government tenders and hospitals projects by accurately communicate all technical specifications and ensure documents are prepared correctly
• Work cooperatively with the rest of the team and achieve personal Key Performance Indicator
• To be the first liner to attend and provide solution to complaints and products enquiries 
• Follow up with potential customers
• Always deliver exceptional customer service 

Job Requirements

• Significant work experience in operating Eye care diagnostic equipment such as OCT, Optical Biometer, Topographer, argon laser and Etc. Sales experiences w technical background in this industry serves as plus point
• Always deliver exceptional customer service and able to solve the issue on site.
• Must be reliable and punctual to appointments, reports submission 
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge in sales and marketing 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• GOOD Command of  English language; Trilingual is a plus
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Computer literacy exp
• Able to accommodate ad-hoc travelling and sales events
