Job Description

• Truly understand the needs of the business and its stakeholders.
• To ensure the continuous innovation within the organisation, with healthy challenges between peer to spark new ideas and approach.
• Translating feature’s requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to address the market needs.
• The individual is responsible for articulating the ‘what’ by preparing the job requirements (user story) and working with tech team (scrum) to determine the approach and ‘when’.
• Co-ordinating between various department within the organisation to ensure successful releases every time which includes the retails, inspection, customer services, marketing and operations team.
• Responsibilities include knowing when (and when not) to create a master release; managing features and dependencies in and across releases; and managing releases with phases and milestones.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge on Agile/Scrum methodology and practices.
• Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably someone with at least 2-3 years of working experience in any product role. However fresh graduate with the above caliber and discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record in managing a successful product will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
