Job Description

• Demand analysis: Responsible for the whole process of product management, responsible for improving user experience and promoting user scale growth.
• Product planning: clear goals and directions, make clear plans, and formulate specific implementation plans with reasonable priorities.
• Product design: Responsible for the design of specific functions, promote product business logic improvement, user experience improvement, and optimization of various operational processes, be able to write high-quality demand documents, and coordinate & promote the R & D team to complete product development on time and high quality online
• Project management: Responsible for inter-departmental coordination and communication during project progress

Job Requirements

• At least Degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet user product manager, strong learning and adaptability to new industries and new fields.
• Possess good data statistical analysis, user needs analysis, product process planning, and document expression and implementation capabilities. 
• Familiar with the whole process of product implementation, including requirements analysis, product function design, business process design, interface design, user research, etc.
• Prefer someone who is experience in Growth Hacking
• Proficient in using Azure, Visio and other tools for product prototype and process design
