Job Description

  • Craft and launch 1-3 new marketing ads/angles/campaigns to test weekly Research and launch 3-5 audiences weekly
  • Perform campaign analysis weekly, identifying root problems and suggesting hypothesis for greatest lift to funnel
  • Conduct 1-3 A/B split test weekly (landing page, checkout, upsells etc)
  • Conduct 3-5 media buying tests weekly (campaign/adset grouping, budget tweaks, conversion event, window, etc) 

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in Facebook ads, digital marketing and CRO.
  • Have knowledge in copywriting / angles creation to write for ads and video scripts or marketing campaigns
  • Ability to conduct AB tests with clear hypotheses, measure relevant metrics and statistically analyze the data to conclude.
  • Able to perform analysis on campaigns & ads and identify bottlenecks/problems of the funnel
  • Bonus if experienced with Google Optimize, Shopify, Google Analytics
