Job Description
- Team Responsibilities
- Provide WOW Service
- Ensure smooth patient flow
- Housekeeping and maintenance of office/center
- Optometrist
- Perform all relevant eye tests (eg. refraction, instrumental eye tests, etc) deemed necessary by CM/doctor
- Provide patient education ie. consultation
- Provide patient care ie. attend to patients’ needs/requests
- Surgery planning & scheduling
- Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/eye tests notes, etc.
- Statistic and Reports
- Required to travel out of office (local/outstation) for Company/Marketing activities/roadshows, support other branches as manpower, training, meeting
- Perform selective eye tests (eg. instrumental eye tests, etc) deemed necessary by CM/doctor
- Patient registration, appointment scheduling
- Obtain patient feedback/testimonial
- Conduct patient survey
- Surgery scheduling
- Housekeeping of certain work areas assigned by CM
