Job Description

• Customer Service 
  • You will be liaising with clients (building managers and developers) via phone and emails to address any of the concerns or problems they may have with the product and the application.
• Client Management 
  • You will be required to travel to the partnering neighbourhood and clients, at least once or twice a week, to ensure proper installation and management of the product's hub, as well as to follow up with any problems they may have.
• Partnership Management 
  • You will be connecting with the vendors and clients to ensure that their services will be available to be integrated on the platform. 

Job Requirements

• Energetic, willing to learn and with the right attitude
• Based in Klang Valley, Malaysia
• With Tertiary education qualification
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and must possess own transport
• Proficient in multiple language, especially English
