Job Description

• To develop, manage and grow online sales channels of Pelangi products, including both B2B and B2C online sales channels; 
• To formulate strategies in developing digital education market 
• To analyze and research on trend on digital education, for further business development 
• To develop and manage digital marketing campaigns; 
• To manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s); 
• To work on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website(s); 
• To track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports; 
• To identify new trends in digital marketing; 
• To plan and monitor the ongoing organisation presence on social media; 
• To attend to customers’ inquiry, feedback, correspondence and complaint. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent; 
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position; 
• Good understanding in e-commerce industry; 
• Must have creative ideas in promoting and selling on digital sales channels; 
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven; 
• Prefer candidates with marketing promotion design experience; 
• Good command in Mandarin, English and Malay in both written and oral.
