Job Description

• To provide pre and post sales technical support that involve analyzing, design, testing, installing, documentation, implementation and support complex network solutions in public, private and hybrid cloud environments.
• Assist in technical delivery assessment.
• Identify network related issues and propose solutions to resolve it.
• Design, test, implement and support enterprise WAN solutions that integrate with cloud environment.
• Plan and design network capacity management, performance tuning and troubleshoot networking devices from switch to router and firewall.
• Work closely with service delivery engineer team and support team.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in bachelor of Computer Science or relevant field (Networking).
• Have at least 2 years of professional working experience in networking design and operations of enterprise systems.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in Ethernet transport and fiber technology.
• Able to travel within Klang Valley to client site to conduct pre and post sales services.
