Job Description
- To generate brokerage from a set of clients, in order to ensure achievements in unit's objectives.
- To expand market/customer base through marketing capability and effectiveness of client development in order to capture market share.
- To demonstrate positive actions, behaviour and participation in resolving problem in order to ensure improvement in workflow and workplace harmony.
- To enhance, monitor and control of processes for dealing activities in order to ensure internal compliance.
- To contribute towards the development and training of colleagues in order to ensure motivation, productivity and learning and growth process.
Job Requirements
- Work experience would be an added advantage however a fresh graduate will also be consider.
- Must be able to have good interpersonal and communication skills and passionate to work in the financial industry.
- Minimum SPM or diploma will also be consider with the right attitude.
