Job Description

• Craft and launch 1-3 new marketing ads/angles/campaigns to test weekly
• Research and launch 3-5 audiences weekly
• Perform campaign analysis weekly, identifying root problems and suggesting hypothesis for greatest lift to funnel
• Conduct 1-3 A/B split test weekly (landing page, checkout, upsells etc)
• Conduct 3-5 media buying tests weekly (campaign/adset grouping, budget tweaks, conversion event, window, etc)
• Perform 1 pixel event check weekly
• Research on brands weekly to gather actionable tactics to implement
• Work with our creative team to produce the Facebook ad copies, designs, videos and landing pages. 

Job Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in Facebook ads, digital marketing and CRO
• Fast learner - research, learn and execute on diverse marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Have knowledge in copywriting / angles creation to write for ads and video scripts or marketing campaigns.
• Ability to conduct AB tests with clear hypotheses, measure relevant metrics and statistically analyze the data to conclude.
• Able to perform analysis on campaigns & ads and identify bottlenecks/problems of the funnel
• Bonus if experienced with Google Optimize, Shopify, Google Analytics.
