Job Description

• To assist the Directors and Management Team with direct involvement in projects. 
• To assist in Business Development activities by assisting the team to identify and acquire new accounts. 
• To assist the Community Engagement team for roll out and community’s events. 
• To collect, extract, collate, organize and analyze business intelligence from data sets and to produce informative reports for Directors and Management Team. 
• To assist in preparation of business proposals, marketing plans and its financial projection. 
• To assist in business requirement capturing and coordination of communication among departments. 
• To assist product and development teams in project management. 
• To organize and prepare schedule of different external and internal meetings. 

Job Requirements

• 0 – 5 years of working experience (fresh graduates with a self-motivated ‘hustle’ mentality are welcome to apply).
• With Tertiary education qualification.
• Candidate should be independent, self-motivated, target oriented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with Start-Up working environment and mentality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slide is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in multiple languages - English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to travel and must possess own transport.
• Based in Klang Valley
