Job Description

• Anticipate and plan for delivery surges as well as potential breakdowns (3PL risk and resource management).
• Deep dive into data in order to track performance and issues, then share insights with key stakeholders to ensure streamlined processes and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement logistics solutions related to capacity planning, 3PL management, and service delivery KPI to ensure that deliveries are on-time and within SLA. 
• Create schedules, coordinate the different groups of riders/dispatchers, and monitor their delivery SLA. 
• Liaise and lead negotiations with logistics partners to enhance service levels, maintain optimal costs, review logistics contract clauses, develop new networks, and maintain vendor relationships. 
• Apply continuous process and system innovation, and justify new services to ensure logistics competitiveness.
• Lead and train groups of riders and dispatcher in order to achieve targets, SLA, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field (within a SaaS company/fast-paced startup environment/tech industry).
• Proven experience in logistics or operations.
•  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, enabling you to deep dive into data and create quantifiable opportunities that are scalable.
