Job Description

1. Assist in ensuring compliance with the group’s AML/CFT policies and procedures, including:

Collection of client data and documentation, working with the business.
Review and verification of client data.
Liaise with the business to resolve any issues.
Input client data and documentation to KYC system.
Performance of WorldCheck and Google screening.
Performance of regular review

2. Assist in completing remediation projects.

3. Engage in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

Working Experience/Education requirement:

1 Year relevant experience in KYC/Compliance experience (Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply but should have a Bachelor Degree in Corporate Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines).

Skills:

Multi-tasking and time management to meet deadlines.
Self-motivation and pro-activeness.
Analytical and problem solving.
Follow rules and regulations.
Strong communication skills in English is required and candidates should be able to read and write simplified Chinese.
