Job Description

• Responsible for the composition of the personnel structure of the technical department, and responsible for the progress of the project development. 
• Responsible for the selection and design of technical architecture, code development of core modules, and lead the team to solve technical difficulties;
• Improve technical research and development specifications, including development process, code specification, code review, release management, etc.; 
• Responsible for subordinate team management, including resource allocation and coordination, team training guidance and performance appraisal;
• Participate in demand analysis and technical plan review, keep an eye on cutting- edge technologies, and focus on updating technical knowledge;
• Maintain close communication and coordination with product managers and related teams, and actively and effectively promote product research and development

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above 6 years of software development experience, experience in large-scale projects is preferred; 
• More than 3 years of R&D team management experience with at least 10 people; 
• Have independent demand analysis and system architecture design capabilities; 
• Familiar with object-oriented analysis, design and programming;
• Proficient in at least two languages among PHP, C and Golang; 
• Familiar with the installation, management and development of mysql, mq, redis and other databases, and be able to design well-structured databases; 
• Familiar with Linux server configuration and deployment; 
• Clear logical thinking, good planning, execution, communication, organization and coordination skills;
• Working in a large Internet company or VPN industry experience is preferred
