Job Description

Provide Daily System Health Check, and preparation of report .
Provide 1st level IT support including desktop related technical assistance .
Responsible for server and workstation setup, maintenance, application implementation, support and configuration.
Responsible for software install, update, upgrade, etc.
Day-to-day operations, backup, monitoring and perform scheduled tasks
Perform user account & access administration, remote technical trouble shooting.
Creating and maintaining good technical documentation.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above.
Min. 1-year relevant experience in technical support/helpdesk
Proficiency in Windows and Networking.
Credentials in CCNA/MCITP will be an advantage.
Strong sense of security, good analytical and Self-disciplined.
Fast learner, Proactive, Responsible and be with a team player.
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Verbal communication in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
