Job Description
- To ensure maximum system availability and reliability.
- To provide technical support to all user.
- To coordinating external vendors.
- Provide set up support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure and server in the company as well as provide local IT, LAN and WAN network support.
- Involve in the company new system implementation as well as provide user training to the end users.
- Manage office network administration, equipment inventory, office software licenses.
- Administration on VMware and San storage
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
- Able to work independently and result oriented.
- Able to follow up on issue, multi tasking and prioritize tasks well.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Diploma/higher diploma in IT related discipline.
- 1 year relevant experience or Fresh graduate with Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
