Job Description

• Report directly to Branch Manager.
• Maintain all current business.
• Responsible for customer inventory levels, custom and stock items. Inform customers of new products and benefits of using them.
• Develop new business for existing accounts.
• Develop new business from potential customer.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining relationship and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance to existing policies & procedures.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (to liaise with China factory).
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable junior executive specialized in Sales – Retails/General or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of standard concepts, practices & procedures in the field or in related area.
• Proficiency in computer application: Excel, MS Word and some Database programs.
• Must have valid Driving license, some travel may be required
