Job Description

• To conduct sales, provide excellent customer experience and lead a team.
• Responsible for all inbound sales channels including phone, online enquiries, and Whatsapp.
• Create SOP to handle customer enquiries, sales and compliants.
• Responsible for training and mentoring agents.
• Create a sales process and ensure consistency of customer experience.
• Enforcing processes and SOPS are being adhered to.
• Able to implement a multi channel CRM system to ensure an efficient sales process.
• Automate and continually improve processes.
• Analysis of customer data and quality.
• Lead reactivation campaigns (e.g. send out coupons during birthday month).
• Consolidate, own and manage customer data.
• Responsible for messaging and communication with the customers.
• Implement new customer communications points e.g. before and after the trip.
• Ensure the customer is always kept informed of latest status updates.

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least 5 years and above of working experience in sales and with proven result.
• Possess a Degree in any field but most important is the sales experience in leading a team.
• Must have experience in leading a successful sales team.
• Passionate to be successful in the travel industry.
