Job Description

• Responsible for develop, implement, maintain and review HR policies & procedures and to ensure that are consistent with local laws and regulations as well as o communicate these policies and procedures clearly to employees
• Responsible to oversee HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment process for both local & foreign workers, payroll, training & development, performance appraisal, employee relations including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, counseling & etc
• Execute recruitment, development, motivation & retention strategies to meet o organization current and future needs. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
• Any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor,s Degree, professional Degree and Human Resources Management.
• Equivalent 5 years of relevant experiences, of which at least 3 years are in supervisory role,
• Must have skill in MS office (word & Excel), Internet & Email
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company,
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
• Experience in handling Government and Statutory Bodies.
• Fluent, both spoken & written in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English
