Job Description

• Handle hiring and recruitment for the company.
• Need to handle both internal and external suppliers such as Hostel agents, transportation agents and negotiate with selling floor on resignation withdrawal.
• Able to handle and deal with government authority especially in PCB, EIS, SOSCO, KWSP from time to time and handle payroll processing.
• Need to draft SOP and house rule to accommodate the operational needs of the overall company.
• Handle HR KPI such as absenteeism, turnover, MC rate, NPL management and update progress to achieve desire hit rate.
• Handle learning and development to train staffs.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of full spectrum of HR experience preferably in Junior HR Manager role.
• Demonstrate ability to handle HR financial budget.
• Need to be very people person and experience in setting up a company from scratch before.
