Job Description

• Develop and manage product vision and roadmap and communicate it to all stakeholders
• Determine user needs and desires by conducting research, including A-B testing, focus groups, and other feedback
  channels.
• Recommend the nature and scope of current and future products by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product or feature ideas and changes to product.
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors’ products.
• Lead prioritization exercise of all future product features and balance competing priorities (own the ‘backlog’)
• Lead design resources to translate product requirements into design that engineers can build
• Be evidence-base and data-driven in decision-making
  
  Key Applications
• Chat (between user’s mobile app and coach’s on web platform) as well as Group chat and chatbot.
• Instagram-like photo food journal to upload photos and have user and coach comment on them.
• Calendar/planner feature that links to app calendar reminders and notifications.
• Thought journal (journal entry management).
• Interactive modules build on mobile web interface.

Job Requirements

• Ideally have product design and product management experience.
• Understands design thinking and prototyping for software application development.
• Know how to develop and manage a product plan and roadmap, and familiar with agile sprint/scrum methodology.
• At least 4 Years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
