About The Job

  • Implement human resources strategies including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training, records management, safety and health, succession planning, retention, and performance appraisal.
  • Lead recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting jobs, screening and arranging interviews.
  • Onboarding new employees by preparing contracts, processing of all pre-employment checks and orientation. Ensure new employees are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities and the company’s vision and mission.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll process and ensure all payroll contribution and deduction (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, zakat and HRDF) are compliance with local government and statutory regulations and guidelines using Kakitangan.
  • Establish and enforce appropriate HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining employee database consistently and accurately reflects the current staff details and conditions.
  • Monitor leave management report to ensure all employees are following the SOPs that has been set.
  • Plan and implement a range of employee engagement activities including external/internal training arrangement.
  • Monitor cost incurred for in-house and external training programs are within budget and HRDF balance is available.
  • Ensure all employees are kept up to date with latest policies and maintaining our company intranet.
  • Provides day-to-day advice and administrative support to departmental heads, managers, and employees on general HR related policies and procedures.
  • Ad-hoc assignments and duties as and when requested by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of full-spectrum HR experience, preferably in management or senior role.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Payroll experience not required but a plus.
  • Well-versed in Malaysia Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
  • Tech-savvy and up to date with latest HR techniques
