Job Description

• Lead, mentor and train a group of graphic designers and videographers, always ensuring high quality of work.
• Manage timeline and deliverables, keeping the team organised.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product management team to forge and execute exciting digital ideas.
• Own the art direction, style and branding of the company, ensuring consistency and being a hands-on leader.

• Encouraging the team to share and explore new ideas.
• Produce digital graphics including social media posts, digital ads.
• Design offline material including brochures, booths and print ads where required.
• Create short-form and long-form video for social media, website and tv.
• Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
• And finally, possess an insatiable drive to make things better!

Job Requirements

• 4+ years working in digital design or related roles.
• Leadership experience not required but must have had mentored/taught junior team members.
• A strong portfolio, with a digital-first approach.
• Significant expertise in graphic design. Video creation a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - must be able to write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding organisation skills
