Job Description
- Champion for Nexudus and Xero system
- Main PIC for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and commentary
- Forecast and budgeting for both internal and external users
- Review monthly monitoring sheet for balance sheet item
- Main PIC for external stakeholder coordination for finance-related matter (Auditors, Bankers, Vendors, Landlords, Customers)
- Monthly and quarterly company financial presentations
- Monitoring and management of monthly aged receivable
- Monitoring and management of cash position including placement of Fixed deposit
- Review staff commission computation
- Computation of monthly revenue report
Job Requirements
- Experience managing full set accounts is mandatory
- Highly proficient with excel and google sheets
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) is an advantage
- Comfortable with numbers and computations
- Experience in cloud software is an advantage (Accounting, PMS system)
