Job Description
- Maintains accurate inventory reports
- Maintain healthy inventory levels on Shopify and Amazon.
- Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders; solve issues whenever needed.
- Source for reliable suppliers in the US and UK markets for new product line
- Investigates and troubleshoots supply chain, product development and inventory issues/problems.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory management (ecommerce).
- Knowledge in Amazon, Shopify and Zipify is preferred
- Some management/leadership experience experience in customer service
