Job Description

  • Maintains accurate inventory reports
  • Maintain healthy inventory levels on Shopify and Amazon.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders; solve issues whenever needed.
  • Source for reliable suppliers in the US and UK markets for new product line
  • Investigates and troubleshoots supply chain, product development and inventory issues/problems. 

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in inventory management (ecommerce).
  • Knowledge in Amazon, Shopify and Zipify is preferred
  • Some management/leadership experience experience in customer service
