About The Job

  1. Facilitate ideation and development of digital strategies across multi-channel communication platforms, with input from the Strategy, Creative and Technical teams
  2. Collaborate with the Project Management, Technical (Developer), Creative and Sales teams in preparation of consult, recommendations, strategies and actions for the client. 
  3. Manage team of Digital Strategists/Executives in developing and executing digital strategies, projects and products
  4. Ensure proposed Strategic Approaches serve the clients objectives and business parameters effectively
  5. Oversee efficient production and execution of the proposed digital strategies, working with the teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of work 
  6. Review regular interim reporting by teams to ensure data credibility and collection, as well as correlation to strategic approach and goals
  7. Review, analyze and evaluate the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data

  1. Ongoing client education/re-education to ensure their increased understanding of digital strategies, processes and workflows - as well as the overall Process and Approach
  2. Understanding client needs, requirements and project constraints (schedule / scope / resources) and interpreting them for the internal teams
  3. Manage client expectations on work scope, deliveries and limitations (if any) to ensure on-going client happiness and account health (and growth)
  4. Ensure client approvals and sign-offs are being achieved/received according to timeline, avoiding the delay / overrun of work deliveries.
  5. Provide client platform / business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate deliveries as well as upcoming opportunities and threats to their business
  6. Champion improvement to internal systems for higher productivity and efficiency

  1. Provide and maintain ongoing project status reports - liaising with Project Management, Technical (Developer) and Creative teams to provide accurate updates of project statuses
  2. Project quality assurance - testing and review of output, reviewing outputted deliverables against scope and strategies
  3. Product manage long-term properties including: positioning development, marketing plans, manufacturing or development needs, timeline and roadmap planning, stats analysis and reporting
  4. Defining project scope, estimate and writing proposals, working with Project Manager in the creation of project specifications and time plans.
  5. Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables
  6. To perform senior communications and client liaison as needed

  1. Provide direction and training to the Strategy team, as well as ensuring general health and welfare of the team on a regular basis
  2. Prepare and/or review client briefs, strategic approaches and ideation reports (strategic planning) as well as daily, weekly, monthly reports (reporting/analytics)
  3. Monitor budget, research and production activity on assigned accounts and communicate status of each project to Project Manager and client in order to meet project deadlines and cost
  4. Maintain communications with appropriate internal agencies and client personnel to ensure positive workflow, escalating exceptions and client issues as required
  5. Review team working processes and stye on a daily basis to ensure efficient and effective management of day-to-day tasks (including project management, client communications, project input/output, feedback and deliveries)

  1. Grow the value and scope of current clients, upscaling them into larger, more high-value accounts
  2. Networking online and offline to find new business opportunities and leads for the Sales team
  3. Lead, manage and develop new business presentations as needed with the Sales team
  4. Keep an eye to awards / case study work across the portfolio of clients 

Job Requirements

  •  Strong communication skills, and an outstanding command of the English language
  • Excellent writing and storytelling capabilities, and communicate in an efficient and effective manner
  • Able to manage small teams and groups of colleagues - in a firm but friendly way
  • Able to liaise and manage clients on a day-to-day and management level
  • Can work independently and cultivate business opportunities on behalf of the agency
  • Rational and logical thinker, critical problem solving is key
  • Having strong fundamentals in digital communications and marketing is essential
  • Able to plan, conceptualize, ideate with a strategic mindset and able to think/plan short-to-long term. 
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, cutting-edge digital workplace and loves technology and innovation (on any level)
