Job Description

• Plan digital marketing strategy to acquire traffic and awareness in order to improve on funnel optimization and conversion.
• Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote products and services of a company.
• To execute the digital marketing strategy and optimise website static pages for conversion.
• Set up funnels for tracking and KPI to measure effectiveness.
• Create and roll out digital marketing campaigns from scratch both paid and non-paid on own digital channels and partnering channels, social media channels).
• Analyse data and also effectiveness of campaigns.
• Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
• Work with a team to ensure timeline and execution is managed to meet ultimate objectives.
• Worked closely with in-house digital marketing associates, community builders, sales team and developers to make the vision come true.
• Coach and develop teammate capabilities and building towards vision.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in digital marketing or advertising role.
• Previously strategize and execute marketing strategy and able to lead a team and measure productivity of a teammate.
• Previously done appraisal and feedback to teammate.
• Experience in marketing experience, social media paid displays, google analytics and tracking digital marketing initiatives.
• Able to do pivot tables and very comfortable with numbers for analysis purposes.
