Job Description

1. To ensure working seamlessly with other marketing peers in various department which include Product, Tech, Creative, and Operations Team.
2. Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance.
3. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
5. Identify and explain the market trends and consumer requirements clearly to the marketing manager.
6. Use established metrics to optimize and drive continuous improvement in 42Race’s efforts for social excellence.
7. Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
9. Monitor and analyse online sentiments on social media platforms.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree with at least 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning an integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns.
2. Experienced in both creative and promotional copywriting.
3. Familiar with the Malaysia market and able to draw on local nuances to design marketing activities.
4. Familiar with Mailerlite.
5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
6. Up-to-date and enthusiastic about the latest trends and best practices of social media platforms and content.
7. Resourceful and creative in coming up with ideas that complements different channels to reach, engage and grow the 42Race community.
8. Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
9. Proven track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth and start-up environment.
10. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
11. Passionate about running/fitness is a plus point.
