About The Job

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Manage administration tasks
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skill is required
- Demonstrate customer service communication skills and problem-solving skills.
